Our live product, PropertySentinel, builds that record for every address in Chicago, refreshed every 30 minutes. Tenants, owners, property managers and investors use it to research buildings today. We are now bringing the same record to insurers, to flag apartment and condo risks before a policy is bound and to monitor them through the term.
